Automatic rack plating line with four 1500 lb.  capacity overhead, laser positioned, programmable hoists.

This line has 40 tanks and 62 stations, 25 of which are different plating process stations.

Plating Station Breakdown:  (2) Electroless nickel stations, (1) Immersion copper station, (2) Copper strike stations, (8) Acid copper stations, (7) Semi-bright nickel stations, (3) Bright nickel stations, (1) Microporous nickel station, (1) Bright chrome station.

Nominal tank dimensions on this line are 20” wide x 139” long x 48” deep.

The line has been well maintained with recent additions of titanium etch tanks and upgraded AC drives as well as a complete controls overhaul 4 years ago to with old controls and hardware swapped out for state-of-the-art Aucos control software.

Would make an amazing multi-metal line or could be readily converted into multiple automated or manual plating/anodizing lines.
