Single Leg Overhead Hoist Line.\n\nJessup automatic barrel phosphate line with 1 programmable overhead hoist.\n\nThis line includes a tilt dump hopper and barrel loader system on the front end as well as a dry shuttle for barrel unloading.\n\nAlso included is the roof mounted Metpro scrubber and blower, line superstructure, approximately 10 stainless steel tank driven phosphating barrels.\n\nBarrels are 18” x 48” cylinder capacity.\n\nThe line has 17 stations in 16 tanks with tank DOT ranging in size from 44” to 60”, tank CDOT is 60” and tank depth is 48”.\n\nHeat for this line is low pressure steam.\n\nA line layout is attached which depicts the tank sizes.\n\nThis line was well maintained and is immediately available.

This line is a U-shaped automated line complete with automatic transfer end shuttle tank. The line was built by UAS and was used for iron phosphate for a period of 4 years prior to being professionally cleaned and decommissioned.\n\nThe line has 19 stations in 15 tanks with tank DOT ranging in size from 22” to 56”, tank CDOT is 48” and tank depth is 42”. A tank schedule is attached which depicts the tank sizes – we have everything from station #1 to station #18 on this list. Stations #19 – 24 were a primer application section of the line which we did not save. Also attached is the original line layout.\n\nThere are 2 overhead, programmable automatic hoists which can also be run in semi-automatic or manual mode via operator remote pendant. The inverted “U” shaped superstructure for the line was scrapped during the decommissioning/dismantling process and as such, is not included with the package. 1 of 2 electrical panels were scrapped so the line will need control retrofit for the automation to function.   The line also has a 2 station stainless steel dryer with forced hot air. This line could easily be converted into an anodizing or plating line with addition of the right rectifier and chiller etc. – we have this equipment available. The line could also be run in manual mode to avoid updating of the automation system.
