This electroless copper line was removed from an IBM facility in November of 2020. This line originally dates to 2000 but has been very well maintained through IBM’s PM program with several new tanks inserted in the last 5 years. The line is in excellent condition. \n \nThis is a side arm hoist line which is low profile and was installed in a room with an 8’ ceiling. The line structure, hoist, tanks and all accessory equipment have been carefully decommissioned, cleaned and dismantled. \n \nProcess tanks on this line are heated by low pressure steam and grid type immersion coils (titanium and stainless). \n \nThe line can be run manually without too much control retrofit. Allen Bradley hardware is used in this lines automation. \n \nThis line has a stainless steel frame that sits atop the tanks and moves back and forth providing mechanical cathode agitation for every station. The frame is powered by a low rpm motor and linkage. Frame sits on rollers mounted to tank rim and goes back and forth slowly thus moving every flight bar in every tank back and forth. \n \nThe side arm hoist and hoist structure come with the line. Multiple stainless steel flight bars also come with the line. | \n
