Automatic rack plating line with (4) 1,000 lb. capacity overhead, laser positioned, programmable hoists. \n \nThis line has 33 tanks and 46 stations, with 15 electrified plating process stations and a hot forced air cabinet rack dryer station. \n \nPlating Station Breakdown:  (5) Copper plating stations, (2) Platinum nickel plating stations, (4) Semi-bright nickel plating stations, (2) Bright nickel plating stations, (1) Microporous nickel plating station, and (1) Bright chrome plating station. \n \nNominal tank dimensions on this line are 16” wide x 81” long x 47” deep. \n \nEtch tanks on this line are titanium while other tanks are either koroseal lined steel or stainless steel. \n \nThis line has GE Fanuc controls with simple ladder logic software. \n \nHere is another line that could be used for multiple finishes or could be readily converted into multiple automated or manual plating/anodizing lines. \n \n
