This line has 33 tanks and 46 stations, with 15 electrified plating process stations and a hot forced air cabinet rack dryer station.

Plating Station Breakdown:  (5) Copper plating stations, (2) Platinum nickel plating stations, (4) Semi-bright nickel plating stations, (2) Bright nickel plating stations, (1) Microporous nickel plating station, and (1) Bright chrome plating station.

Nominal tank dimensions on this line are 16” wide x 81” long x 47” deep.

Etch tanks on this line are titanium while other tanks are either koroseal lined steel or stainless steel.

This line has GE Fanuc controls with simple ladder logic software.

Here is another line that could be used for multiple finishes or could be readily converted into multiple automated or manual plating/anodizing lines.
