The Carbolux continuously takes a small quantity of electrolyte from the plating solution bath and cools it down to a precisely defined temperature. The resultant crystals are then filtered off and the purified liquor is automatically returned to the bath. The collected waste material can then be easily disposed of in solid form. Automatic batch system. Each batch can handle 16-18 gallons of solution. Depending on temperature of the solution and set temperature, batches range from 45 minutes to over an hour.
